Samsung Fridge Freezer Handle Coming Loose

The handle on our Samsung Fridge Freezer is coming loose. There's a hole underneath (please see attached photos). I have tried various screwdrivers and allen keys but nothing seems to catch and tighten the screw. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Are they Torx screws

These two pics attached show the assembly. Seems difficult to release the handle and it will not tighten up as is.
