I have a samsung rsh5ubbp fridge freezer there was water coming of the bottom of freezer door and there was ice at the bottom of the freezer the problem was the drain hole was frozen as you can seen in the picture I did clear it 24h later the hole has ice Crystals and started to freeze as you can see the back is not frozen so could this be the heater element going faulty
