Scantronic 9651 - Zones Open

Hi I wonder if anyone could help me. Recently had engineer put due to low battery. Tried setting first time after he came out and when enter alarm code - set - normally final alarm goes off. Now getting messages saying “con pir Zone 5” then it comes off and alarm won’t set. Just wanting to put my alarm on to leave the house. Anyone any suggestions thank you

Can you see the conservatory pir from your keypad?

Does it light up when you walk past it?

Hi thank you for responding I can’t no. The keypad is located in the kitchen

And just checked no conservatory light not lighting up when walk past it

Engineer probably knocked wire out then when changing battery. Call them back

Presuming it all worked ok before that is, and that the engineer visit was recently

Yeah this morning. Tried it an hour after he left. Normally extremely reliable so assumed must be something I needed to do after his visit
