Our Scantronic alarm keypad shows "Zone tamper 201" the number changes constantly between 201, 202, to 203.
We don't have a clue about anything technical (pensioner's) but wondered if this will be an easy fix rather than pay another engineer. The problem started after a power cut, this is the second time that's happened we called engineer last time (the original installer no longer in business) he said he would replace the code the installer had used, as he had not left any codes with us except for the 4 digit user/access code. He left us another four digit code and said that would be all we need.
We need to know to proceed from the Zone tamper message if at all possible.
