Anyone got any tips for installing door seal into groove of door frame, can’t push it in or slide it in, hammering damages it, any external pressure starts to rip it?

Managed to get it on , still a struggle , didn’t perfect the technique until the last foot.

A bit late, but Schlegel actually supply a roller installation tool to make the job easier. A right faff without it
