Seat fr steering problem

Hi, I have a 2010 seat ibiza fr 2.0
I have a slight problem when turning at slow speed (20-40mph more or less) when in the turn the steering feels like it has a slow wobble like side to side but slow like if the tyres where wondering side to side it’s hard to explain, any ideas of possible causes? Thankyou

Assuming that the wheel alignment and tyre pressures are correct......?
Can you hear any noise when this happens - from the electric power steering pump I mean?
Jack the front of the car up, and with the engine running turn the steering wheel from lock to lock......any juddering here usually means that there is air in the pump (which should automatically bleed out of course). Listen out at the same time!
