selling my house - how to improve this garden

im selling my house. But my patio area is a mess. Any ideas for cost effective ways to increase its appeal? I used to have gravel on the sides but it blew off it seems.

Just have a tidy up, get rid of all the rubbish/de-weed, pressure wash the patio, job done. If the little planters, table and brolly are past it throw them out. Buyers will see its potential.
