I've got a shiplap clad garden room built by the previous owner and one of the panels about half way up has somehow managed to pop out of being attached to the one above it, resulting in a gap. It's still attached further along but any attempts to lever it back into fitting have failed and are just damaging it further at this point.
I'm trying to avoid having to redo the whole wall as they rather stupidly put the building up then put a brick wall ~10 cm away from it so it'd make it near on impossible to do.
Is there any recommended/reliable way of sealing it up before I repaint? Would something like a generall all purpose weatherproof silicon sealant be ok for this or is it likely to fail? Or maybe wood filler would work better?
Cheers
