Hi,
i am building a side return extension with planning permission. on one side i have a long wall with pitched glazing roof that has to be 2.4m max height on the lower side. on the other side there's an extra 2m wall of max 3m height on a flat roof extension. i'd like to pitch the roof as much as i can to 3.3m instead of 3m. The plan only specified the eaves height at boundary. Would that be a problem? what do you guys think? It doesn't seem to impact anyone as it is in the middle of my house really, but curious to know what people think. thanks
