Hello I have a Siemens WM14Y791GB/38 IQ700 machine which is one of the top end ones from Siemens. It has always been pretty quiet and if run without a load is still very quiet even on high spin. The issue is it now shakes on spin when loaded (light or full load) and spinning fast.
I am unsure how much play is supposed to be in the drum, lifting from top of drum all seems good with no separation from seals or unusual movement. There seems to be a lot of movement by rocking back and forth and it can actually bang on the front of frame of machine. This is only if it is pushed or pulled by hand.
The bearings seem quiet on hand spinning and pretty good also when running.
The machine is pretty flat and sturdy.
The back of machine all seems in tack, springs and nothing appears broken or stretched, pulleys and belts all seem good.
Even the Shocks x 3 look fine (I know you cant tell until removed)
Bolts in concrete all tight
What would be an engineers guess on this as a little stumped and can only think it could be the shocks or one of them.
