Siliconing screws in window

Hi all , just a bit of advice needed.

Currently having windows fitted , should the screws at the bottom of the frame and side of the frame been siliconed before screw went in?

And would the screws be able to come out and silicone put in before screw goes back in to make it watertight.

Just not sure if this is possible now window has been fitted? Whether it will move frame etc,if screws are removed.Fitters are still here so wanted to know before they finish job.

Another question is the black internal seal sticking out, can this be pushed in so it is flush? It is like this on most of the windows.

Personally I would silicone the ones going into the cill but thats just me.....many don't though with no issues. Side ones ccertainly wouldn't bother with

Yep as per Ronnie, the corner seal is just a bit of gasket thats not been cut cleanly when the beads were mitred at the factory, just tidy them up with a sharp stanley blade. Re the fixings though if I'm being really picky then they're too close to the mitre welds, ideally meant to be no closer than 150mm to the corners

No need to silicone the screws.
There's sealant around the frame or for bigger gaps, expanding foam.
So there won't be any draft coming from there.
