Slow Filling Cistern *HELP NEEDED AMATEUR*

Hi guys,

Having a few issues with the toilet at the house I've just started renting. I'd ask the landlord but I want it seen to today so I'll try it myself!

Wondering if anyone could assist me in fixing a slow filling cistern, I don't really know where to start with fixing a toilet so any help is hugely appreciated! The toilet I have is pictured attached to this post
