SM alarm. Help needed to reset number

Hi, I need to reset my alarm but don't have a manuel. I have the code which i would like to change. THe only letters i can see on the panel is SM....not sure what make it is. Any help greatly appreicated. thanks in advance.

why do you need to "reset it" what happened?

is it monitored?
