Tried:
- All combinations of buttons (e.g. hold down child lock buttons for 30s, power button on/off, play/pause). E1 keeps flashing.
- Pulling off white plastic bottom cover, and checking for water damage. Everything bone dry, including polystyrene and leak switch.
- Held down polystyrene switch multiple times for 5-10s - the pump starts, but like I said it's bone dry. No change after restarting.
- Disconnect water intake with aquastop (Eltek Type 100390). Lay flat for 10 minutes, reconnect, no change.
- The machine itself has a symbol indicating the E1 fault light is child lock (see attached). Possibly one of the child lock buttons is faulty. Child lock persists through restart, so drain all capacitors safely, assuming one could be child lock. No change.
- Tried every combination of plugs in/out on the circuit board to try and isolate fault. E1 still flashing.
- Leave unplugged for 2 days.
- Clean drainage system.
Really stumped, any help would be much appreciated
