No particular person, I just saw the Web site mentioned in a current newspaper so thought it must be a new service offered by them ... on line search 'nall. I imagine it may be useful in some way or another.
I meant if my / your local supplier of skilled labour has a judgement or three against him/her, then perhaps strike them off the possiblly useful list .. harsh but safe ?

Have you put the thing to the test on a known bankrupt?
 
I am going to pay a visit to nempnet Thrubwell, for no other reason that I like the sound of it. I trust that he plough is a top quality establishment.
