Hi,
I live in the first floor of a Victorian conversion in London with a poor soundproofing, and my ground floor neighbour recently changed their layout. Ever since then I can hear them quite clearly around the staircases and the wall next to it (I guess they spend more time close to that area)
I am thinking of getting a carpet, and add something to the red highlighted wall to make an improvement on my end.
I have been thinking of putting an acoustic rubber sheet on the wall because that's something I can do myself quick, but will it make some improvement? do you have any other recommendations?
Thank you.
