special trailer for my car.

I seem to have made a mistake, this is the car in question, I did build a trailer for it
some years ago and I am wondering if I can grand farther it back to the time it was built regarding regulations.
It seems that a whole raft of regulations have been added in 2015, any help you can offer would be gratefully appreciated.

A fantastic looking car, and a big advantage seems to be if you're in a collision you can easily replace any damage using a Meccano set.
Fortunately, you and your wife appear to be hypo-midgets in order to fit into the car!
