Stair case with Glass Balustrade Panels

I am looking to replace my stairs with glass balustrade panels without brackets. Got a quote from one company it is too expensive. Want to do it my self. I am new to this. So Can someone please help on what are the materials i need to start with and where can i get them? Thanks in advance.

A bit late.

The reason why it is expensive is because it takes a lot of experience to convert a Staircase to glass. However, you could try stairbox, they have an online planner where you can input the measurements of your stair case.

I have converted three Staircases to glass without brackets and for a carpenter it is challenging, Good Luck.
