Structural plan for timber frame on ground beam

Just my opinion, but I would prefer a cavity wall with suspended timber joists resting on internal skin
And then external skin can have brick work up to top of floor joist


As youve drawn it, the wall plate is only 150mm above nominal ground level and seems awfully vulnerable

Ok, that makes sense, I'll have another look tomorrow to amend it, thanks for your feedback. Just want it right before BC review it
