Last Thursday I found my broadband was not working.
I wasted nearly three hours calling them and when they eventually answered they repeatedly went through ressetting the computer and modem all to no avail.
They started by saying they were having problem with exchange work in the 0208 areas.
Luckily it came back leter in the evening!
The guy who called me back told me there was a number for seeing service problems. talktalkmembers.co.uk or similar.
Unfortunately that did not seem to be a site with any live information and just as I expected it seemed to be the case that they pretend that nothing is wrong so you have to call them and wait 30 minutes before they answer!
Not a very good service!
