tesco philips iqon desktop

hi all just wondering if someone could help i am having major problems with the philips iqon desktop bought from tesco some years ago ... when i turn it on all i get on the monitor is a blue square with a no signal sign on it , i have tried everything i can think of but cant get the iqon web-support . on advice from similar site tried removing graphics card and it worked that night but on turning the computer on the following morning had the same no signal sign .. any advice would be usefull ... thanks
 
Try looking in:

Start/control panel/system/device manager/display

You may find the display drivers switched off or not working.

Have you a new video card or the old one back in? It may have a hardware
fault?

If you keep pressing F10 while the computer is booting up you should get a chance to re-install the operating system. This has always worked for me, although you do need to keep backups of all your files as these will be deleted.
