Texecom alarm ARC reset code question

Hi All,

i had an texecom alarm fitted 18months ago and after a false activation i am know being asked for an ARC reset code, i cant contact the installer as they are no longer in business. have you any suggestions as i how i can get hold of this without too much bother please.

The alarm isnt monitoried and its installed in a private property also i dont have wintex nor know how to use it, i just want to be able to reset my alarm and over ride this issue so it doesnt askfor this again, is this possible

You will need the engineer code , can can try and default the panel ….BUT if the panel is locked then the engineer code will be required ….this is the first step …. Then go into engineer programming and check what is set for reset , I guess it may be set for reset on confirmation
