Can’t set my alarm from the app any ideas

Everything on the panel is on and working, the smart com is set up. It used to work fine but now it’s stopped, I’ve not changed any settings or anything. Just can’t seem to figure out what’s going on.
 
What Texecom connect version are you using V1 or V2 ?
What Smartcom firmware version are you using ?
What Smartcom is installed Wifi/Ethernet or 4G ?
 
Smart com version and app version etc etc can be obtained in the app by pressing Menu in the app and then system details

what does the event log says were the sequence of events?

for example you should see remote access/ commands being received.

in the app you can try a panel sync and it will update the apps data.

You can check your router that the smart com was is attached to the router
 
Been through the event log and there nothing out the ordinary

I’ve done a panel sync but still nothing

Also I’ve reconnected the smartcom to the router

All sorted, on area programming, on area options I had the remote arming and disarming off not assigned.

That doesn't exactly add up, if it was working and you didn't change any settings, who did? they dont change themselves.

Glad its working, but no one was looking for settings as they hadn't been changed :unsure:
