Hi
The power in our home was off for a few hours during maintenance work on our consumer unit.
Since then we can no longer connect to my wifi etc.

Someone has suggested we need to pay a fee to Texecom to re-establish the wifi service.

Our panel is connected by cat6 to our router.


Please can someone advise me about this?

Its a little vague.

But currently you do not need to have a paid subscription unless you have the 4g smartcom.

wifi isnt a hard wired connection so maybe someone has misunderstood what you were asking.
