Hi,
I have recently installed a Texecom Elite 48W with a ComWiFi module installed. Everything is working fine, except that I am having issues receiving notifications from the panel to an Android phone. I have created an account with Texecom, and can connect to the panel via Wintex and the Android app, in the case of the app both over my local LAN and remotely via the internet. When I do a Start Test Call I get the following messages:
Wait Dial Tone
Com1 Idle
Wait Clear Delay
The Event Log shows the message:
ARC 1 Test Call via Com-IP Failed
I have checked the configuration many times and had a second pair of eyes check that everything is set up as per the manuals, and all appears to be fine. I find the message "Wait Dial Tone" a bit strange, as this implies some form of modem connection!
Anyone any ideas?
