Texecom Connect App will only part set the system

Hi all

I have a premier 24 c/w smartcom, everything working fine except for if i arm the alarm from the Smartcom app, v 2.0.24 it will not full arm the system, only part arm

I've tried pressing the red lock icon which i believe is supposed to be full set and also scrolling across the modes to full set mode, yet it still will not full set, it always parts sets instead, doesn't give any errors

I've just closed all the doors etc, stood by the keypad, full set the alarm with no issues and app shows full set, unset the alarm from the app, then selected full mode on the app, system part set

Is there a setting anywhere which stops an account from full setting, I can full set at the keypad with no issues

what does it say in event log?
if you press the red button twice what does it do?
Do you have auto part arm turned on in area options.
