texecom connect app

Hi All

new to this forum so be gentle! I have a texecom elite64 and connect to it with the app. it pretty much works as planned but when arming/disarming with fob , although I do get a push notification, it doesn't tell me which fob was responsible. the keypad shows the appropriate name when fob is used. I tried to add users via the app ( as only master is listed) but it tells me that I'm not allowed to add users and must contact the installer.
Has anyone got some idea of how to sort this so I know which fob has been used?

hmm,

if the details are in the panel and not in the app.

I would try this first:-

generate an app code by the master user and write it down.

go into the app settings and clear the cache and data.

Enter the app code and followed by the engineers code or master code

The app should then bring the data in, should be able to see all the users, starting with engineer or master depending on which code you entered.

I'm not sure I got all the way in what you suggested but the app updated its security and after it updated devices (?) All the users showed up.
