I had a working setup up for years until I could no longer connect to my panel using the app.
The smartcom is flashing blue on the cloud so I reset the WiFi and reconnected - no luck.
I’m able to get into the user menu, choose enable Texecom connect app which I generate, created a new account and the code was accepted. No installer code was required.
Despite this, I still got the error of - failed to connect to panel, please check your internet connection. This is despite receiving push notifications still when I change the time etc so there must be some connection to the cloud.
I did drastic measures of disconnecting power etc and doing all steps again but no luck.
I’m pulling my air out! Any ideas?
There are no faults displayed on the panel.
