Texecom impaq showing open circuit

As title, got 2 of these fitted, one on summer house and one on shed, had a problem with the cable going down to there so over winter just ended the circuit in the house, last week sorted the cable out, summer house one just showed open circuit so tested voltage and showed just over 13 volts, thought it was faulty, fitted a new vibration detector today and still showing open circuit, any ideas.

Just to add, if I join the wires together to close the circuit it clears on the panel

Pictures may help, but if the wires together show it’s closed then the cables sound like they are good

Update..
Swopped the vibration detector over from the working one off the shed, still showing open circuit, checked the voltage again, showing less than 1 volt, renewed the cable and is now fine.
