Texecom integration with ARC Monitor

So, I am trying to make a few Texecom panels work with Patriot 6.10 as an alarm monitor. I have Premier Elite 24s with IP/WiFi Smartcoms running. I have tried a bunch of configurations in Wintex and Patriot but until now I haven't been able to get a signal through.

The alarm panels are on the same network as Patriot and I have tried turning the alarm monitor computer firewalls off.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I have attached the screenshots of the configuration for Wintex and Patriot. In Wintex, under Comms, ARCs in ARC 2 I have set the 192.168.141.207 as the Pri. Tel No. and instructed it to use Com Port 2 and Contact ID protocol.

Where is the arc settings Including port numbers for panel to talk to patriot.
