Texecom Iphone app help please

Hi all,

Ive Installed a Texecom Premier Elite 48W panel with a CEJ-0001 Premier Elite COMIP installed. Im having several issues with the iPhone app, I get pushed notification's if the alarm has sounded, but unable to access keypad via my iPhone or arm/un-arm via the app, any help much appreciated.

set up the User code and id and the user areas in the app, best way is to log in using engineer app login to set this up.

you will also need udl setting up on your phone its all in the manual.
