I have one of the above panels that has been running for about 3 years.

I came home the other day to see an error on the RKP 'Mains power off'.

Checked and everything was okay, so cleared the error.

It was only a few hours before it popped up the error again.

Tested the mains, all okay. Tested the voltage coming from the PSU, 13.8V. Unplugged the battery and checked the voltage on it, that was about the same. When I unplugged the battery to test that, the panel remained powered on.

I have ordered a new battery anyway as Texecom say to replace it about every 3 years and I read a post on here where someone said the battery could be on its way out and might be putting more load on the PSU causing it to error. I have also rebooted the whole panel, the error came back.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

I can't seem to find a place that sells the PSU seperately, so I guess I would need to buy a whole new panel just for the PSU?

Oh yes it will be the switch mode psu that's faulty.....try texecom they do know about the issue but they don't know why the psu fails
Ps if your still struggling after talking to texecom PM me

Thanks. I spoke to Texecom and they said I need to replace the PSU. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells them with the part number they gave me. It makes sense now as the clock started to go way out of sync a couple of months ago!

Anyone know where to buy these from?

Scratch that, I must have typed it wrong the first time, there are loads of hits on Google for that.
