Texecom Premier Elite 88 with Smartcom

I am upgrading my alarm to a Premier Elite 88 with a Smartcom and want to use the Texecom Connect App but after a quick read it looks like i need a Texecom Cloud account which as a home installer looks like i can not get it. Does anyone have any advise on this.
 
No idea Texecom at one point we’re allowing end users to open a cloud account but heard more recently that this maybe being stopped by my rep.

so if you can register you should be able to set it up.

We can add you to the cloud easy enough for a small fee, however if you want 4G or full access then of the cloud portal that’s another matter.
