Texecom Premier Elite - COMIP protocol issue

I have a Premier 48 on firmware 5.0, with a ComIP which I couldn't configure Montex and texbase on my local network without passing through WAN,

My PC address IP: 192.168.0.12/24
Texecom Premier Elite 48 address IP: 192.168.0.100/24
My gateway: 192.168.0.1/24

Looks like you are fiddling settings you don't need to.

I havent used Montex and Texbase in a very long time

Which details i don't need to set, I have more than a week trying to lunch a local notifications system, i took a Montex and Texbase as an example, till now results.
 
start with the default values and change nothing

point the panel to the right address

its been a while I would have to have a look at my notes if your at home now pm me and Ill take a look not doing anything during lockdown
 
secondly I would use separate ports for the panel and montex

so if panel on connection 10001, have the pc on 10002 and wrt to the arc send it 10002
