I can receive notifications via email no problem but the notifications via the app have stopped working-how do I restore them?

I've done the basics and ensured that I have notifications ticked on the app and my phone hasn't blocked them.
 
If they were working before and they are still turned on in the app against the user then.

1. generate an app code from your APP(expires in 60 minutes)
2. in the app delete the site
3. In your app settings clear cache and data
4. In the app enter the app code
5. In the app enter the Master user code (this should be fine, if struggling se engineers code).
