When released they need to have their passports revoked and their wealth monitored.

This isn't about foreign criminals. So let's keep on track as these appear to be British and our responsibility.
 
The EU had a big raid on them not all that long ago. Encrypted software produced and pushed as the greatest of them all. Drug people like to keep up to date and loads started using it. What they didn't know was that the police etc could listen in. Several countries involved but UK not mentioned.
