Trying to tile bath panel made of ply but not working out! Used tile adhesive but tiles came loose with light pressure. Would Sticks like sh*t or similar work instead or I need new backing board etc? Size is wrong for plastic and not keen on it.

Looking at the back of those tiles it appears you're only trying to stick them at the top and bottom?

Does the ply have any flex to it?

You need a full bed of adhesive to stick tiles to a wall effectively , one to stop them falling off and two to give them support to stop them cracking especially if you are going to be leaning against them

I tiled my last bath panel onto 10mm ply. Was very wobbly until the adhesive hardened then it was fine for years.

A little flex. The adhesive was evenly applied to the board but I noticed some areas the adhesive wasn't dry. There was PVA underneath which may be part of the problem. As that left a shiny gloss finish not tacky.
