Tiling floor around a bullnose riser

So how do you cut porceline floor tile to fit around the bullnose riser on the first step of staircase.

Have searched for a video but have found nothing.

Might be able to undercut the riser so the tile goes under it.

Not sayin' that the angle grinder is the wrong tool, but please keep the guard on. And later in the video, the guy cuts a small hole. Why not just use a hole cutter?
