Hi there,
We're half way through a bathroom renovation, and are getting ready to tile the floor. We've got P5 Caberdek boards down, and we're planning to overlay these with 6mm Jackoboards (tile backer boards with EPS foam core), fitted as per manufacturer instructions (tile adhesive, boards go down, adhesive sets, seal edges, screw boards down).
I'm slightly concerned about the P5 chipboards being too moisture resistant for the adhesive to bond, but I guess this is why Jacko want us to screw the boards down as well as use adhesive? Basically, am I on the right path?
Thanks!
Russ
