Hi, Our toilet started leaking at the pan connector a few weeks ago so I replaced this part myself thinking it was a simple enough job... When dismantling the toilet & old connector I discovered that an extender was pushed inside the soil pipe which I thought was odd as the standard pan connector seemed to fit correctly without the need for an extender. However, since fitting the new pan connector the toilet keeps blocking. The toilet is connected to the soil pipe via a 'T' fitting to a horizontal pipe with a slight fall and there is nothing else connected upstream apart from an air inlet valve. The blockage seems to build up in the 'T' fitting directly behind the toilet ..I suspect this pipework arrangement is less than ideal. Can anyone advise if this arrangement should work or if I need to get the pipework redone to allow better flow?
Thanks,
RJB.
