Toilet Lever Lose

Hello. The lever on my cistern is lose as you can see in the video. It works but there is next to no tension when moving it. I no nothing about this kind of thing and was wondering if this would be an easy fix? Thanks in advance.

Get a new toilet handle from somewhere like Screwfix, e.g. item 22098. Your one is broken beyond reasonable repair.
There are two common hole sizes so make sure you get the right one.
