Sunak reckons us and our families will benefit from tax cuts, while Labour plan to spend 20 billion.

So when Great Auntie Mabel cannot get the care she requires or dies because her check-ups keep getting postponed, is that a benefit?

Even Tory supporters must see the flaw in this plan?

Cutting taxes affects services like NHS, social care, policing etc....

Which is all well and good.

Until you need them.

Unfortunately the public have been convinced we cannot have a functioning NHS, Schools, Police etc because its either people on benefits or boat arrivals.

This narrative is pushed daily so when Auntie Mable votes for the Tories she doesn't think they will come after her.

The right wing press are brilliant at creating false targets and false enemies.

It's a sad state of affairs - look at the tory voters on here.

They buy the false bargain that they have to give up hard fought freedoms to stop the people in boats and benefit fraud.

Just think about that - benefit fraud on all Government estimates is minimal, yet it is constantly pushed as a wedge issue to create and even more oppressive system.

The motties of this world buy into the lie- sorry you can't have the new school because johnny gets his low wages topped up, sorry you have to wait for 2 years for a hip replacement because James lives in a moldy council house that needs repair.

The RW press aren't fit to proof-read my jottings (let alone the stuff I actually give thought to)....

... and their marks are so set in their ways, they might as well be getting their "news" from the skid marks in their underwear....

Sunak is lying

when you include the personal allowance freeze Sunak started in 2021 which they’ve set to be frozen until 2028, the NI cut is overall a tax hike.
