Towel radiator valve leak

Hi all
I’m hoping somebody can help? We have a towel radiator in the bathroom (pictured) which is leaking from the top right valve. Obviously with current COVID restrictions we thought we would have a go ourselves.
Can you please advise the steps we would need to take ie what do we need to turn off? To remove, put some tape on and fix (don’t know plumbing terminology so lay mans terms please!!)

There’s likely to be an O ring below that nut.
If you can turn the radiator valves off, you’ll be able to remove the nut without any problems which will give you access....so long as the valves are working!
If you have some ptfe tape you may get away with wrapping the O ring and threads which should sort it.
I doubt if you’d be able to buy a specific O ring, most of us have multi size boxes of the things.

If you want to do it yourself then shut off the radiator valves at the bottom. Open the bleed screw and empty the pressure out of the radiator, then get these from Screwfix for £3 odds

Then just screw the old blank out with an adjustable spanner and then screw the new one in. Don't over tighten, as that's probably what's happened to your old one and they stuffed the seal.
