Tre Mecarti shower spares

Hi, I have two Tre Mecarti concealed shower mixers.
Last year one developed a leak around the flow or on off control knob, and I had some difficulty obtaining a spare.
Number two now leaking, and the one place I found to supply has gone into liquidation.

The valve I need is a Tre Mecarti TMV001

Can anyone help ?

Looks like a standard 1/2" valve fit - Measure the splines - height and number of splines. Also the height of the valve body itself. Then do a comparison with other 1/4 turn ceramic valves.
