Hi
I have been preparing for a garden overhaul and cut through a largish tree root. I'm now getting water coming from the broken root. At first I thought it was from a drain but I've dug all around the root and underneath and around the soil is dry albeit clay. I can see the water coming from the root. Will this stop eventually it will I have to resort to trying something else. I've read that it should? In may the renovation starts and I don't want to lay concrete if the root is still shedding water. I hear that this time of the year in early spring they wake from dormancy and take on more water. We've have tons of rain recently. Any help would be appreciated.
