Sources have indicated to the BBC that the man suspected of carrying out the attack is an Irish citizen who has lived in the country for 20 years.

So he is foreign then!

Afaik he was as was an immigrant as was the bloke who disabled him by smacking him ? And in doing so probably saved others from being stabbed ???

Was he not a foreigner?
Was it 32 arrested or 34 arrested.?
If you include the Irish citizen Was it 33 arrested?
