yeah should be good

you just need to make sure its a plastering trowel not a flexible trowel -I think it is a plastering trowel

flexible trowels are not suitable for applying plaster only the later stages.

I believe QLT are there contractor budget range, I bought the permashape which is nearer £60

Thanks for your replies guys. Im not looking at spending a fortune as will only use once every couple of year...... i hope lol.
Ive got a couple of cheapo trowels from when ive done little repair bits before and rendered the garage. Just looking for ideas of trowel to get for a beginner attempting 1st time full room skim.
