Tv bracket with one way swivel

I’m after a tv bracket (32 inch tv ish) which has as lower profile as possible, but still allows a swivel - only needs to be about 30degree and only needs to swivel one way (right) rather than left and right.
I realise there are loads available and I probably just need to get a standard tilt and swivel jobbie but keeping it as close to the wall when not swivelled is the main criteria, so thought I’d ask on the off chance that anyone knows of something I’ve not come across yet. Thanks!

Do you want the TV to be movable on the swivel, or could the bracket be fixed at the 30 degree angle?
If it could remain at a fixed angle, you could use different sized stand-offs on a flat bracket for an extremely close fix?

If you want to keep it close to the wall when flat, a cantilever is probably the answer.
