Upvc window locking mechanism replacement

Advice needed please , gear section has shattered where spindle goes , can this be replaced or is it full mechanism if so any one know where I can buy one please..thanks

That's an old Coldseal window, they had various versions of locks over the years but all obsolete now, if I remember rightly your style has a one piece stainless steel locking keep on the frame that's either still got the protective tape on it or it's gone rusty?
