Urgent! Is this doorframe load bearing ? (Clear picture above it)

Can someone tell me how I can tell if this doorframe is load bearing? 1. Can I remove the blocks and just plasterboard (does the hoist above need the blocks?) and also, can I also remove the header wood?

this is the second floor and above is a loft.

No lintel.
Was common to brick up above door frames and my own house (1960s) is blocks above door frame. Not supporting.

I'm going to guess that was originally wood frame as ceiling was lath and plaster.
Then old wood frame removed and blocks fitted above door frame. Maybe there wasn't a door there originally?
I think you can remove. Prop up joist. Build something out of timber to support and plasterboard

You could put a concrete lintel across door frame and block up. That's cheap and easy job
